Anything that we needed for our room, we were able to ask the front desk for, and they gave items to us.

I booked 2 rooms. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was decent, pool & hot tub were clean and set at comfortable temps. The staff were very accommodating to all issues that were found. ( Room 1 - Fire alarm was falling off the ceiling - immediately fixed, Room 2 - smelled of cigarette/ashtrays, we were given a different room right away.)

Everything was great. The room was beautiful. Everything was clean in the room. The staff was wonderful. I would stay there again.

Staff was great! My son even left money on the bathroom counter and we didn’t realize it after checking out, we called the front seat about an hr later and they returned every bit of money that was left in the bathroom.

Staff was so friendly & helpful & provided all the info I necessary upon arrival. I believe the staffs name was Miranda that helped me when I accidentally locked my room keys in my room behind me, no issues. The pool area was clean & fun. Coming down for breakfast- I was greeted good morning & enjoyed a delicious waffle. I love staying at this hotel.
